In less than a month I'll be traveling to Nicaragua with a few friends for a week long vacation. It's the biggest country in Central America and also has the smallest population, so there's much that is untouched and free of tourists. We'll be swimming, surfing, climbing (and riding down) volcanoes, watching turtles hatch and visiting coffee plantations (yum!). Check out some of the sites:
